BEST Cloud is focusing on delivering complete service packages for Ceelab technology end-users.

BEST Cloud offers four levels of Service and Support.

  1. BRONZE - a 48 hour response time on technical support and service issues
  2. SILVER - a 24 hour response time on technical support and service
  3. GOLD - a 12 hour response time on technical support and service
  4. PLATINUM - a 20 minute response time on technical support and services

Limitation to software updates only can also be agreed upon if the customer is resting on self-service/support.
